Charlotte appears to be single kitten born this winter at the VA in Menlo Park.  She meows a lot because she doesn't have any playmates, so she was fostered with Jack (until he was adopted), a fluffy orange and white adult who seemed to calm her down.  She is very sweet so far, but she is too young to know her personality yet!
