Bridget was found by a Caltrans worker out on the Dumbarton bridge -- way out in the San Francisco Bay. With 81,000 vehicles whizzing past daily and no food, it's amazing this little girl survived. She was found emaciated, dehydrated and starving, eating rocks. How did she end up in the middle of the Dumbarton bridge? We will never know, but assume someone driving across decided to dump her there.
Bridget is happy now to have all the food she wants in foster care and is fully healed and waiting for her forever home. She is incredibly sweet and loves to be pet and to rub against you. She is a true sweatheart and deserves a wonderful loving home.
