Are you a patient, loving person who would be willing to take the time to work with a kitty who is scared and shy with new people? If so, you will be richly rewarded if you adopt Elf and come to see the warm and loving personality that he shows to those he knows and trusts (as evidenced in this video). Elf spent most of his life living in a park before he was taken in by Bay Area Cat Rescue; now he is looking for a very special person who will understand his initial fear and hesitation and grow to love him just the same. It will take a bit of work earning his trust, but once you do you will feel very special! He is a bit clumsy, which we find very endearing, and he has the most adorable little meow, which you can hear in this video.
